Phantasy Star Online (ファンタシー スター オンライン, Fantashī Sutā Onrain) (often abbreviated in pso) is a massively multiplayer online role play released on Dreamcast in the year 2000 in Japan and early 2001 in Europe and the United States. It is often considered the first real game of the console. After many games released in this category in the following years, players categorize it rather like a hack and slash.
