We have a real charmer for you today. From Thunderful and Dejima Games, we have a 2.5D action platform game called Firegirl: Hack n Splash Rescue coming out in December. This was announced in June, but now we have a concrete release date and it s hot!
Firefighters are considered in all their community as everyday heroes. In Firegirl, you are taking a more literal sense of the word. As a Firegirl, you are browsing fire structures, saving people trapped by the flames, turn off the fires with your garden hose and even use water to squirt on the spaces and high platforms.
The inflamed emergencies take Firegirl in all kinds of environments, such as urban buildings, fire forests and even moving trains. Finish missions will make you make money and make improvements to a number of things. You can build your fire station, buy Firegirl enhancements and recruit firefighters.
The artistic style is a beautiful mix of pixel Art 2D and 2.5D environments. The areas that the player explores are 3D spaces with 2D sprites of characters, objects and inflamed enemies. Firegirl also has the resulting music. The two trailers have synthetic tracks and full suspense that operate with the high-intensity work of firefighting.
There is currently a free demo for Firegirl: Hack N Splash Rescue on Steam that will be available until October 7th in the Steam Next Fest. Firegirl: Hack N Splash Rescue will be available December 14 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch.
